STEP 1 — Request a Free Sample

Before committing to a bulk order, we encourage all new buyers to test our product quality first. No risk, no pressure.

STEP 2 — Choose Your Product Specifications

Tell us what you need, and we will prepare your order accordingly.

STEP 3 — Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Sample Order 0,5kg to 1 kg for quality testing

Standard Order 1 x 20ft container, approximately 16 to 17 tons

Large Order 1 x 40ft container, approximately 27 tons

STEP 4 — Receive Your Proforma Invoice

Once your specifications are confirmed, we will send you a Proforma Invoice within 24 hours.

Your Proforma Invoice includes:

- Full product description and specifications

- Total quantity and net weight

- FOB price per ton and per carton

- Estimated production timeline

- Estimated shipping timeline

- Payment terms and bank details. No hidden fees. Everything is stated clearly before you commit.

STEP 5 — Payment and Production

PAYMENT TERMS:

- 30% deposit required to begin production

- 70% balance payment before container loading

- Payment method: T/T Bank Wire Transfer

- LC at sight available for orders of 3 containers or more

PRODUCTION TIMELINE:

- 20-foot container: approximately 10 working days

- 40-foot container: approximately 14 working days

- Custom box printing: additional 2 to 3 weeks if required

- Container packing and stuffing: 3 to 6 days

TOTAL TIME FOR FIRST ORDER:

From deposit payment to container ready at port: approximately 25 to 30 days.

STEP 6 — Shipping and Export Documentation

Your container is packed at our factory in Bekasi and transported by truck to the Port of Tanjung Periok for international export.

DOCUMENTS WE PROVIDE WITH EVERY SHIPMENT:

- Commercial Invoice

- Packing List

- Bill of Lading (B/L)

- Certificate of Origin (COO) — issued by KADIN Indonesia

- Phytosanitary Certificate — available upon request.

All original documents are couriered to your address upon request. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES BY REGION.

STEP 7 — Track and Receive Your Order

Once your shipment departs the port, we send you:

- Full Bill of Lading details for tracking

- Vessel name and voyage number

- Estimated arrival date at your destination port

- All export documents.
