How to Order

1. Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one 20-foot container.
Please note that the total weight of the container may vary depending on the shape and size of the charcoal briquettes.

2. Choose Your Shape.

We manufacture a variety of briquette shapes, including:
Cubes, Flats, Fingers, Rounds, Pillows, and Hexagonal.
Choose the shape that best suits your market or customer requirements.

3. Select Your Specification

The main quality parameter is ash content — the lower the ash, the better the charcoal performance.
You can also choose packaging details for your product:

• Inner Box: Laminated (glossy or matte), typically printed in full color.

• Master Box: Available in full color or brown.

4. Confirm Order & Production Schedule.

Once your specifications are finalized, we will send you an invoice detailing all agreed parameters.
Production typically takes:

• 10 days for a 20-foot container

• 14 days for a 40-foot container

• Box printing: 2–3 weeks

• Packing and container stuffing: 3–6 days

In total, the first order takes approximately 25–30 days

6. Shipping & Delivery.

Once production and packing are complete, the container is stuffed at our factory in Java and transported by truck to the Port of Semarang for export.
